How to make chana chatpate

Chana chatpate is one of the favourite street food in Nepal. Every one loves the spicyness of chana chatpate. Once you start to eat it, you cannot stop eating it even if it is so hot and spicy. The more you eat, the more you want to eat it. It is magical.

Ingredients fro Chana Chatpate: (How to make chana chatpate)

1 cup Puffed rice
¼ cup chickpeas (boiled or soaked for at least 3-4 hours)
¼ cup greenpeas (boiled or soaked for at least 3-4 hours)
some coriander leaves finely chopped
1 boiled potato (slicely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped; I prefer removing the inner part of it)
½ tsb black salt (bire nun)
2-3 finely chopped green chillis
1 tsb red chilli flakes
½ tsb roasted cumin seed powder
1 instant noodle (chau chau)
1 chopped onion
2 tsp lime/lemon juice
1 tsp cooking oil
